The RE-ROTTI turntable oven is primarily designed for baking in mini-bakeries, confectioneries, confectionery factories and catering kitchens. The machine is mainly used for baking confectionery and delicatessen goods. It can also be used for baking bread in case of smaller quantities.
Baked goods and trays must be placed one by one from the auxiliary shelf onto the turntable located in the oven, and the baked goods must be taken out onto the prepared shelf.
