The motor is a crane motor that is difficult to operate due to the high current consumption, which is why the entire system has been given a new frequency converter.
So it can be started almost anywhere. 3x16 amps are enough!!!
The entire outer part is stainless steel.
The mixing bowl is made of iron.
The iron has some cuts, but it can be used flawlessly.
The machine has knives, but they are not included separately, so they have to be manufactured, but we can help with this too!
Equipped with an analog thermometer, but a digital one can also be installed upon request and at an additional cost.
