GGPv 6577 - Split-door single-air freezer is an industrial freezer with a gross 597-liter, double-fan air-cooled cooling system (NoFrost technology) and a top air-cooled unit.
It is equipped with 2 separately lockable SwingLine full doors, which can be opened with a foot pedal and close automatically, all of which can be changed in the opening direction.
Hygienic insulation was placed in the doors.
The cooling range is -10 to -26 ° C. SuperFrost as well as the HACCP PLUS function are also available in the device.
For state-of-the-art control, the freezer is equipped with touch-button ProfiLine control electronics and a digital temperature display. A testable and customizable optical and acoustic alarm function is also installed in the GGPv 1490 - ProfiPremiumline Two-door in an air-conditioned freezer in order to significantly change the internal temperature in the event of a power failure or leaving the door open. There is also a pressure relief valve and a cleaning opening in the freezer.
The freezer is equipped with hot gas frame heating and a heated door separator, and the wall insulation is 83 mm thick. It has a (deep-drawn) stainless steel cover on the outside and inside. During transport and installation, it is possible to split the machine into two. For practical storage, 4 reinforced, GN 2/1 size, gray coated steel grid shelves and a floor storage were placed inside the structure. The height of the shelves can be adjusted in 55 mm and the load capacity per shelf is max. 60 kg. Hot gas defrosting is possible in automatic-emergency or manual way. The radiator has stainless steel legs that can be adjusted from 120 to 170 mm.
