When backwashing a water filter made of filter discs, on the one hand, the distance between the filter discs increases, i.e. the filter discs pressed together by spring force move away from each other, and on the other hand, the flowing water rotates the discs.
The discs rotating at different speeds hit each other and clean each other extremely effectively.
Effective backwashing can be easily performed by turning the hand lever.
The filter made of filter discs provides 50 micron filtration and, thanks to its large filtering surface, the pressure drop on it will be extremely small.
