The CMX-813003 is an industrial dishwasher with hood, which ensures fast, hygienic and energy-saving operation even under heavy loads.
It has a built-in detergent and rinse aid dispenser, a pressure booster rinse pump, a drain pump and a water softener - so all important functions are found in one machine.

Attention! For trouble-free operation of the dishwasher, it is recommended to use water softeners (max. 6°dH water hardness) and Evans liquid chemicals developed for industrial dishwashers.

Required for installation:
A 3/4" cold water source within approximately 1.5 meters of the dishwasher, a 50/40/32 mm sewage drain (at floor level), and an electrical connection are required.
The electrical connection, power supply, can only be an industrial socket or an isolating switch.
Which must have a residual current device (RCD) and (EPH) network!
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that these are available and to carry out a contact protection inspection after commissioning!
