It easily removes burnt grease and food residues. It is designed to automatically adjust the dosage to the selected cleaning program of the oven cleaning system. Effective with any water hardness. Also suitable for manual cleaning. For best results, use with Evans Rinse Aid.
AUTOMATIC CLEANING: Dispense into the oven via the internal cleaning system according to the machine manufacturer's instructions. The concentration of detergent on the oven interface can be adjusted depending on the degree of internal contamination. Generally, a dilution of 0.5-2.0% should be used.
MANUAL CLEANING:
1. Select the manual cleaning option on the machine, and then press the “Start / Stop” button. The oven heats up / cools down to the required temperature.
2. Attach the pull-out nozzle to the 5-liter container.
3. When prompted to spray with detergent, open and blow out the internal oven compartment, including the grilles and shelves. Close the door and leave the product on for 10 minutes.
4. Restart the program and allow the oven to perform the manual wash cycle.
5. Rinse the oven thoroughly.
6. Allow to air dry.
