Our company has been engaged in the procurement and repair of catering, retail, and commercial kitchen equipment and spare parts since 2001.
We undertake on-site installation, repair, and commissioning of our machines!
In many cases, on-site repair of machines and equipment is not possible (e.g., if the issue can only be determined through testing, lack of spare parts, etc.). In such cases, the machine must be transported to our site in Győr (Győr 9028, Tatai út, Sashegy 1).
There are situations where a spare part takes weeks to arrive, making immediate on-site repair impossible. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to request on-site service only if the machine/equipment cannot be moved or is indispensable.
Each service visit begins with diagnosing the issue.
Service costs from January 1, 2025:
- Diagnostic fee: HUF 10,000 + VAT – Payable only if you decide not to proceed with the repair due to the actual cost (e.g., too expensive, spare parts no longer available, irreparable, etc.). This fee applies only to machines brought to our site.
- Call-out fee within Győr: HUF 10,000 + VAT
- Call-out fee outside Győr: HUF 380 + VAT/km (round trip, with a base fee within Győr)
- Labor cost (plumbing, electrical, gas fitting): HUF 17,900 + VAT per hour per technician.
- Product delivery and installation or removal and transportation: HUF 25,000 + VAT (for two-person equipment within Győr).
We offer contract-based service agreements, which include fixed monthly service fees at a discounted rate. Each agreement is customized individually!
The minimum contract duration is one year.

Typically, two technicians are required for on-site repairs, but the number of specialists needed depends on the size of the machine, the severity of the issue, and the type of equipment.
